For over 30 years, Tavria Ukrainian Folk Dance Ensemble has been capturing the imagination of audiences with their colourful presentation of Ukrainian dance. They are a talented and exuberant group of dancers that range in age from 16 to 30 and are known for their intricate footwork, fast-paced dancing and crowd-pleasing attitude.
Entrance into the Ensemble is by audition only and Tavria welcomes enthusiastic and experienced dancers to join them. Instruction time is 5 hours per week.
Ensemble dancers love to promote and share their culture through entertaining performances. They are able to perform at both large and small engagements.
